Delivery Times
Preparation Time: After your order is confirmed and design approval is received, your products will be prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Times:
- Turkey: Delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment.
- United States: Delivered within 10-20 business days after shipment.
Total Delivery Time: From order confirmation, delivery may take 6-10 business days for Turkey, and 13-25 business days for the United States.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on order quantity and package size. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated on the checkout page based on your order details.
Shipment Tracking
After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can track your shipment status using this number.
RETURN POLICY
Custom Made Products
All products sold in our store are produced with personalized designs and printing. Therefore, we do not accept returns on our products.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Upon reporting the issue with product photos, the problem will be reviewed and an appropriate solution will be provided.
